ITALIAN WHITES
Cavaliere d’Oro embraces the fresh and fun side of Italian wine with our Proseccos, Pinot Grigio Valdadige, Campanile Pinot Grigio, and Gabbiano Pinot Grigio.
Prosecco (Restaurant Exclusive)
A bright lively nose that exudes fresh citrus and green pear, accented by white floral notes. The limestone soils from the Veneto region give the wine its classic mineral cues that add levity and balance to the broad palate with a lasting finish.
Prosecco (Retail)
Fragrant notes of floral cultivate a pleasantly sweet aroma with ripe mango and notes of honey. This wine has a low level of acidity and exhibits a strong essence of tropical fruits on the lasting finish.
Gabbiano Pinot Grigio
Delightful notes of fresh citrus, green apple, orange blossom, tropical fruit, and a floral hint. Vibrant and fresh with notes of green apple.
Pinot Grigio Valdadige
This Pinot Grigio benefits from the microclimate of the particular Valdadige area that gives the wine a straw-yellow color and an impressive fruity bouquet. Medium bodied with a lean mineral-edge, backed up by fresh fruit and vibrancy on the palate, showing tropical fruit on the finish.
Campanile Pinot Grigio
Fragrant hints of floral cultivate a pleasantly sweet aroma alongside the fresh Meyer lemon and ripe tropical fruits. Vibrant with a good level of acidity. A combination of saltiness and fresh tropical fruit creates a pleasant balance with a long after taste of toasted almond.
About the Regions

Proseccos must be made from at least 85% Glera to be classified as a Prosecco. Cavaliere d’Oro Proseccos are 100% Glera, creating a high-quality and fully authentic Italian classic.
